I found it.You wrote down the vmax600 now has 143.8 mains and 52.5 pilots.Another thing you wrote was the primary spring was a g-r-g.Also the rollers were 15.5mm,but length of them were 12.5 mm...a washer is on each side and there still is a lot of play sideways.Don't know if this is the norm for this sled,but that is what is in it.On the oil adjustment it says in the manual to lock throttle full open and adjust oil cable to align mark on the pump.Right now all we know os that the oil cable is at 33mm...seems high,but we didn't check the alignment marks because we didn't know..until I am ready the manual this morning.
According to the manual your jetting should be at 158.8,good to -22F.

Yeah that does sound kinda on the lean side, makes u wonder why someone would be running those unless they are pig rich from the factory.

Them twin 600s 94-96 had good low end torque killer outa the hole when set up right,the tipple 600 had legs,you should have ran him down if raced long enough.
I'd take a twin over a triple any day in a short race,i love my '95 it's good Little ripper!!

hey don't compare that much.If I had my stock track,geared back up to stock,didn't have long travel suspension..it would be a different story daman.I would of had him for lunch..but see see the last race,had him by a few lengths..lol..Oh and I only have 5000 km's more on my motor...

daman is this normal for that v-max..The rollers in the clutch are 15.5 mm..no problem there.BUT they are only 12.5 mm long.Even with the 2 washers placed along each side..there is still enough play for the roller to slide sideways.And the oil cable adjuster was set at 33mm...weird???????
And what are them 2 little black rectangular gizmos attached to the clamps offor the boots on the rear of the carbs.They even have a little line from them things that go thru the throat of the carb.They have marked on them a
