i've been reading on the fourstroke side about how the nytro's pull so hard for the first 1000 ft. and was wondering if anyone has raced one and what kind of resulsts you had. I have a trippel piped viper with heel clickers and was curios if the nytro would eat me up.

I have read that they don't have any top end, but the guys that own them seem to think they are the sled to beat in a 1000 ft. Maybe not then huh?

I've got a pretty trick SXR... my partner's Nytro does whack me pretty good for the first 200 feet or so, like the previous post said the top end is not too special, but those Nytro's do launch quite freaky

My buddy has one and it has the craziest off the line power ive ever seen but top end the viper starts walking away, those nytros are only made to go 100 then they are revved out

the xtx with that 144" pulls hard, seen one at local sno drags and he was walking on firepussies all day, and only got better the more the track got chewed up, but come the long run, I heard the same maxed out @ 100.

u guys remember this u are comparing rice rockets 2 mountain sleds i would be willing 2 take a chance on a very close race if u get into ur drive sprockets from 7 inch 2 8 or 9 get into the gears has they are geared very low but if ur at the races its 650 ft or 1000 ft and they are untouchable and in the 1000 stock class they will do very well in that short distance and the 2010 nytros are quicker than the 09 so take that with a pill and chill
