I looked at Bergstrom's website and it appears they're claim to fame is the harder host bar. I agree with their claim that a harder host bar doesn't loose carbide as quickly. From what I gathered reading their comparision drag testing, Woody's seemed to be a close second with the others (sno-stuff, etc) much further behind.
I can see the triple points costing a whole bunch more but what about say 8" vs. 8" of 90 degree? Are they compairable in price with Woody's?
My primary goal with runners/skegs is durability and Bergstrom's seem to be right up there if not the best. Guess I'll have to take a second look.
