I'm considering extending my 02 Viper from 121 to 136. I was looking at the kit from Tracks USA, with the Cobra track for $675, l will still need longer hoses for the rear coolers and hose covers.

Any opinions on the Tracks USA extensions? The rail extensions look well made. What does everyone use for longer hoses and hose covers.....stock yamaha?

I bought the 121-136" kit from Hartmann for my '02 Viper. Great guy to talk to. Depending what size rear heat exchanger you have, but you can just buy 1" heater hose from any Autozone/ Advance/ Pep boyz, and I utilized a plastic 1" connector from Tractor Supply Co. store. The reason for the connector and not just all heater hose, is that I wanted to keep the 90 degree bent rubber hose that came w/ the factory side heat exchangers, instead of putting a kink in straight hose. The Hartmann kit came w/ the hoses/ and a connector, but the kit was made for use w/ a mountain max style rear heat exchanger that mounts to the top of the tunnel extension, which is a smaller exchanger w/ 3/4" or so, outlets. He sent an adaptor/reducer to go from the 1" down to the 3/4". You can also buy any the parts individually there, as he does have longer factory looking hose covers that will cover all the hoses and connections up.

You can buy a Mountain Max or Mountain Viper tunnel extension, Mtn Viper rear cooler ( plenty of cooler unless you're piped ), Mtn Viper extension hoses, and Mtn. Max or Mtn Viper hose covers. You can do it on the cheap by buying used or buy it new
