I put the sled on its side. Makes it alot easier for me.

Also, find a friend (NOT from adult friend finder!) to help push the skid into place (3ft pry bar helps) and I agree with Corey9965 - on it's side is a lot easier. Once one side is started, role er' over and repeat....
put the back-end (end with the track alignment/tensioning wheels) of the suspension into the track first and then pull the front end into the track. you can get the suspension in yourself by doing this.
Oh yeah, loosen the limiter straps and take at least half the pre-load out of your shocks too.

the easiest way I to do it yourself is I first loosen the bolts at the end of the transfer rods (this makes it easier to get the centre bolted back up) and then I push down (collapse) the W-arm and tie it down with either a strap or rope. it will go inside the track very easy. after you get it in the track then undo the rope and then you can get it up in place. you then lift it up and do the front first, then the rear and then the centre. you then just tighten up the bolts at the end of the transfer rods. very simple.

Thanks for all the tips everyone got her back in and all i did was take the bolts out of the transfer rods it took a little bit of grunting and pushing but it went in pretty easily, only problem was that i crosse threaded one of the rear bolts that hold the suspension in the tunnel, hope it doesn`t work it`s way loose.
