seat removal help

Hey fellas, just got a new seat for the 99 srx. Can you guys help me out and let me know how to go about replacing the seat. thanks

open up the trunk and there are two bolts in there and the bungee cord by the gas tank and some snaps on the side. That should be it

i have also removed my seat to replace it with a shorter length/taller height one. any suggestions on how to remove that sheet of 1/8" foam like pad that served as the bottom of the trunk area. i would prefer to use solution/solvent that wont comprised the blue painted tunnel.

well kirk, i just happen to own a razor blade and goo gone! so i will give that a shot. how long did the goo gone take to penetrate that foam like sheet?

Oh no you have to remove the foam and then use the googone on the sticky $hit left behind!
