More 8bu-10 Results. 3:16

are running a stock motor also PN? what are you running for clutching? is yours drag only, or all around trail, lake

TELL YA GUYS TWO THINGS HERE, WE DID HAVE POCKET GPS THAT WAS EXACT TO RADER GUN AND MY STOCK SRX SPEEDO WAS BURIED ON 120. ITS WAS PEGGED. EXACT 10/12 MILES AND HOUR OFF. DAN ALL RUNS WERE DEAD STOP BUT 110/108 WERE SLIGHT ROLL ON. JUST TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW, I DON,T POST FICTION. AND DAN YOU SAID YOURSELF YOU RAN 120 WITH THIS SAME SETUP IN 2000 F.T. !! 3:16 (yammie tony)
ALSO, LAST TIME I TALKED TO JOSH, HE RAN SAME #s WITH HIS 2002 SRX, SO WHATS TO HIGH!!!!!!!!

The two records are both owned by reid racing which is a member on here.I know them personally. There sleds are legal and legit. That's what a couple years of racing and testing the same sled does.

I think Tony's #'s are legit.

JUST AS A COMPARISON, THERE WAS A GUY THERE WITH A FIRECAT THAT WAS BASISLY RUNNING SAME TIME AS US. MATER OF FACT, HE TOPED ME ON ONE RUN WITH A 109 vs MY 108. AND HERE IS A CRAZY NOTE, HE WAS HEAVY DRIVER. SO YA HAVE HEAVY DRIVER, LITE F-CAT VS LITE DRIVER AND HEAVY SRX. RESULTS VERY CLOSE. LIKE I POSTED, I DON,T BELIEVE I DO THIS WITH ME ON IT. BIG DEFFERENCE BETWEEN 155 AND 240. 3:16 (yammie tony)

We know the set up works Tony! Just the rate of acceleration in 1000 ft to reach 110mph is really hard to pull. Traction is the big problem in trail form.. Our best run was 119.6 on shaved ice in 2000 with big gains in the last 1000. Not saying you can't run the #'s we have, just can't see the 110 in 1000 under the conditions you discribed. One more question though that may help here. Are you on a speed track or trail track? It would make a big difference..

STOCK .092 SRX TRACK WITH 68 CHISELS SPACED IN CENTER , THE REST 1.175 MEGA BITES. OH YOU CAN BET WE ACCLERATERD , ESPECIALLY WITH THAT KID DRIVING. I STOOD BEHIND GUN, NUMBERS WERE FLYING LIKE A SLOT MACHINE. LIKE I SAID, JOSH DID SAME NUMBER WITH HIS IN A 1000 F.T. 3:16 (yammie tony)
ANOTHER THING WE ONLY DID THAT ONCE, MY AVERAGE WAS 108-107. WE CLICKED OFF A 108, THAT CAT CLIPED ME WITH A 109.

That speed was on a 700cc race sled, stock motor. (speed track, ice pics, etc.)
only thing that can be done is lowered stock suspension , 1/2" lug track with ice picks, clutching and a slide luber system.
we have trail stock sleds running 110-112mph consistantly
