i think maybe my pto side seal is bad 2 repairs 2 melt downs on wot runs ...plugs are perfect on 400 miles of riding on part time wot but run onetime for approx .5 mile wot melt down pto cyl ????
Is your jetting staggered? The pto cylinder usually runs hotter so they spec a fatter jet for it. If your jetted the same on all 3 cylinders, that might be your problem. Or maybe plugged jet. I would check this first.

this sled ran for 5 years now with no problem till last season meltdown repaired this winter and burt the same cyl ...not a jetting prob 100 % sure of this

carbs have been cleaned several times all new top end kit new pistons the works ...but nothing to the bottom sled has 12000 miles on it

did you replace the seal? or just hope for the best and rebuild? if any doubt replace the seals on a 12 year old sled.
You think your carbs are off? You think ya got problems now, wait til ya switch to the green brand.

I believe the seal is bad and the brg. There is a little play in the shaft. Gonna have the crank out tonight and shipped to Midwest. Crankshaft in wi. He has done it before for me great compny and guy.about the green, just venting a little although I do like the new f8. On bad *** machine! ! Thanks for the input.....

yeah, jeff is a great guy. i'll always keep going back to him. he's actually doing my buddies srx crank now.

It's a little late now if it's apart but you could spray quick start near the seals as it's running and see if it revs faster.
