Harness

I think if you look up the sled on the online Yamaha fiche you will find there is only ONE harness. So the buyer is correct assuming the whole harness. The seller thought it was a portion...but hey, the whole harness is really under the hood. I would just send the rest of the harness and be done. If not, the recourse for the buyer is to go back to Paypal to resolve the issue. I can tell you right now, the seller will lose. If a credit card company was used, double trouble - since you can file a dispute. If the buyer has it - ship it, if not settle. You will not like what happens when these people decide....the buyer wins. It can be misunderstood - but it sounds like the buyer paid for what he thought he was getting (a fair price for the whole thing). Good luck guys.
 
i think this is a good example for everyone to read, i work with customers all day and i beleive otta should send yamy the rest of the harness for the cost of shipping, because the customer asked for wiring harness to me thats everything under the hood if otta was selling every section seperate he should have said which part do you want ,main,engine ,headlight,bars ect.this would have solved everything there would be no questions,saying under hood to a buyer is to vague, its the sellers job to know what the buyer wants, as for return why should buyer be out all the shipping and the seller be out nothing! in my opinion otta is the reason for the miscomunication, and if he doesnt want to give the customer the rest he should refund all the money shipping included it his fault for not saying i sell them all seperate that would have made it clear.
