Primary Clutch Not shifting out

Why would a primary clutch not shift out all the way? Too stiff of spring, not enough weight, helix angle, to stiff of secondary spring?


My RPM's are right where they should be (9000) but the belt still could shift another 3/4 to an inch in the primary. Pulls like a freight train down low, up top seems nonexistant.
 
thats all you get on a yammie clutch. You expect the sled to pull as hard at 90 mph as it does at 30 mph???
 
Really? That kinda stinks, i mean pulls hard from dead stop to 30, but from 30-50 is pretty slow feeling. This is with my 8dn10's with 4.5 inner, tip empty.

Pulled awesome with a 3.6/3.6 rivets in my 8ek's. (also ran 9 g with them) but i am testing out the 8dn's for a higher alt setup.

Or do you have any baseline suggestions what i should do to a 162'd triple piped viper 20/40 gearing for 8-12000 feet?

Just came back from my buddies garage where he was rebuilding his 800 summit AGAIN after 800 miles... good luck with that!
