BENDER BELT ADJUSTER & PRIMARY COVER

belt adjuster lets you adjust belt height quickly w/o removing secondary.
stock primary cover has a fiber bushing. benders has bronze bushing. more durable & a lot less subjuct to failure. all are anodized aluminum.

Can you explain this? The only way to do this on a yama is with the 3 washers in the back. How would this tool help out? Does it bolt on the secondary somehow?

i curently use i believe a max performance dflection adjuster but its getting a bit chewed up. i might have to pick up benders version. that clutch cover looks trick too.

For that price on the primary cover why no get one from Hi tech performance, it adjustable. Makes enagement smooth everytime. Maxdlx

All i can say is i looked at the cover last week when i was out there and its nice and i will own one....Cant wait till they get the whole clutch built!

It allows you to adjust the secondary clutch from the front side without having to remove it. It is the same adjustment as removing or adding washers to the backside, just far more convinient.

I have on installed on an apex. It is from an unknown manufacturer (not Bender.) The issue I have with it is the play in the secondary is eliminated. The secondary is no longer able to float so perfect clutch alignment is crucial.

Can you post the website address for Hi Tech Perfomance?? A search on Hi Tech Performance produces a huge amount of companies with that name. Thanks!!
