so how do i go about getting some 8 tooth drivers. i been looking and just find 9 tooth ones on ebay what sled would i find them for.

Most Mountain Max's had 8 tooth drivers, the Venture 500 had 8 tooth.

Be sure to verify before shipping though.

You need to verify pitch (2.52), drive shaft size (1 or 1.0625), and teeth (8T in this case)

For the money you will pay ,you could get two 8 tooth anti-rachets from Walh Bros. Pretty comparible price give or take a little.

if i press a set off another make like polaris or skidoo that are 8 tooth 2.52 pitch wont they work.

ok after i find drivers i qill need to address gearing stock is supposed to be 39/22 (1.77) using Mountains Perf. chart looks like a 38/23 (1.86) maxes out there chart would this be acceptable or should more

picked up a 8 tooth drive axle off ebay for 29 bucks got it and it wasnt the one pictures it was a 9t so returning it and went down to the local dealer and just bought new ones. out the door he said 80 bucks so should have went that route from the start. I have the 23 and 38 gears. so need to decide if i want to replace my chain and drive bearings since it will be apart. there is 8900 miles on the originals. thinking that over the summer i should do the top end of the engine , either rings or piston kits
