Last year of V-max 4

What was the last year of the V-max4?

1997 was the last year. There were not many 121" or 136" models made in 1997 though.

Best we can figure is 180 made of the 121" and 54 made of the 136" or Mountain Max.

I have only saw one '97 on the trails back in the winter of '97 and remember thinking it was rare then let alone now!I still remember that sound which was awsome, not sure if it was stock or not.
