Fogged the sled today cause i figure we are done for the year. I made a manifold from a 5 way vacuum tee and some vacuum hose. Worked great so I wanted to post a photo of it. I was able to sit on the seat and fog all 3 carbs while operating the throttle. One man job with the air box removed.

I was thinking about doing that to,but will try what nosboy suggested.Unplugging the fuel line and sticking in a bottle of transmission fluid and then start up motor and let it suck it in until motor stalls.This will coat things real well as stated by himself and others on here.Good idea otherwise.Will it shoot the oil equally thru all 3 lines at the same velocity??

Yup, distribution was mostly equal from the 3 tubes but as you might imaging each tube delivers 1/3 the volume. Smoked pretty good when applying so I figure I got OK coverage.
i pull the oil cable to max and let it smoke good .

I have done the cable pull back also last 2 seasons and still add extra oil thru the spark plugs holes,but wanna try nosboy's idea this time around.

You guys are nutz for filling your engines with ATF. Use fogging oil, that's what it's for.

I have several family members that are professional mechanics, they use ATF on all their seasonal toys when putting them to bed.

I've got a LOW NINE SECOND 1973 Dodge Challenger... It runs on GASOLINE... (race fuel)... WITHOUT nitrous or any kind of fancy additives.. I tend to think that I know a LITTLE about what I'm doing... The "mechanical" part of my daily WORK consists of working on "mechanical and structural pieces of WONDER" that START AT THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS EACH... I very rarely post in the spring and summer about snowmobiles or snowmobile related articles... it just so happens I'm waiting for a bulletproof trans... YES,, I WILL FILL IT WITH ATF TOO!!!!! PROBABLY A SYNTHETIC TYPE "F" if you gotta know!!!! You say "F" in a mopar????????? Maybe I'll explain one day,,,,,but,,, PROBABLY NOT anytime soon.....!!!!!
