true, most only use 2, definitely go with 9 tooth, less rolling resistance as stated = more speed. the only reason people go with 8 tooth is if they are going with a tall lug track, also when they do this it throws off your gearing so you have to regear the machine. if its your race sled you should be using a low profile track and alot of pics and have no need for doing it. have not tested myself but people i know say they actually lost speed for some reason with anti ratchets( dont know if i beleive it though) think they are still worth it though, im going to cause i ratchet really bad or have to have the track really tight and alot of drag.
