trying hard too learn about clutching sometimes i seem too get more confused lol. Is the Aaen manual a good starting point? or is there any other good books out there ?, i know theres lot of good post and info on this site but hate posting dumb questions for the simple stuff all the time

mikeast, there also is a clutch tuning book sold by cutler's performance center. i bought the aaen book and the cutler book.

Yes Aaen's book is a good read. But I don't think it is the bible of clutch tuning. It does help the novice get a understanding of how the cvt transmission works. You must test and take notes as what setup works. That is how you become a better tuner.

AAEN,S BOOK ARE A GREAT , BUT TO ME THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN FIELD TESTING. ALL MOTORS ARE DEFFERENT, SO ARE CONDITIONS. YOU WILL LEARN THE MOST BY TESTING. 3:16 (yammie tony)

I agree totally YAMMIEGOD3:16, but i know jack shit lol ,got start from the bottom , get some tools and books , and hope for some snow wow what a crappy season up here in BC north
