Milky oil/water on my plugs?

I am working on an 85 SRV that wont stat. Got spark & have no water in the tank(cleaned it out). Went through the carb too. I cleaned the new & gaped plugs abut 50 times, but every time it wants to start on the first & second pulls but not much mor after that, each time I pull the plugs I get milky oil w/water drops on the ends. Is there posably water in the crank case? And if so what can I do about it? It just seems to foul them after a few pulls. Any help or Ideas would be GREAT! Thanks
 
how the heck would you have gotten water inside the motor??If you pull the motor over without plugs..is there a spray of water flying out.If there is that much,then you'll have to tip the sled over to get the water to spill out...weird..do you sink your sled at one time or what??
 
This SRV is a buddys sled. I was just working on it for him. I dont know how water would get in there? It does not spert water out when I pull it over, it just fouls the plugs. It get some small water droplets on the plugs. I know it is not good for the bottom end(it has been sitting for a year or so). Any other ideas would be very helpful.
 
you may have to open her up and take a closer look .No good to you the way it is now.Siphon some gas out from the tank into a clear glass jar and see if there is separation of fuel/water going on.If she cranks,,bearings still aren't seized.

at the very least..take the carbs off again and take apart and see what is inside the bowls.If it has been in storage in the open,not covered..moisture could of worked its way in thru air box or something,but usually there are weep holes in the bottom for moisture to drain away...dig into it.Moisture of some sort is getting in there.Does the sled have water cooling system..if so..maybe anti-freeze getting by somewhere...
