I read in a snowtech magazine that they made a srx stage tune article in the oct/nov -98 number. I don´t have this magazine and they don´t sell it as a back issue. So if someone have it and could scan it and send it to me I would be very happy.
 
I remember that one.It was bender that did that.It was meausred by et and mph in the 1/4 mile.They also had there claimed hp #'s on there.Just some of the stuff off of the top of my head,clutching,cold air kit,silencer,porting.

Like a srx running at 9k rpm with stock clutching is fine with you????

add v-force 2 reeds and their ts3 transfer rods and that would complete the ensemble. got as far back as oct/nov 98 on my snowtechs, couldnt find that exact issue. do have the bender catalogues from that era.
 
see if you can find a bender catalouge from 99, 00 or 01, i believe it was called the stage III package. i will see if i have one still. found the 98-99, but it was a bit premature to the article in snowtech, basically that article was based on benders numbers with the graphing. identical to the catalouge. which part exactly are you looking for?
 
I´m not looking for parts, just want to read the article because I think it will be interesting and fun reading.
 
i wasnt pushing parts, the article, "stage tuning the srx" was based almost verbatum on the catalogue's dialougue. what bender had in that catalogue with the graphs were the same graphs snowtech printed and basically reworded benders sales pitchs. reading the bender catalogue would be similar to reading the snowtech article and i thought the bender one might be more easily obtained than the magazine. i remember that article well and based a build in 99 on most of it, i just cant find the mag.
