Just a guess to get the ball rolling. I know the venom does not have powervalves like the viper. So that would mean the harnesses are a little different. Does not mean it wont work but they would be diff. in that way. Hopefully you will get some more responses on this. Are you looking at buying the viper harness? What do you need to do? Is your venom harness bad? CCC

i have a viper harness on it now and it doesnt fire ,im not sure what it is.
the venom harness is fried by salt water!

get a harness from a sxr or newer Vmax 600 or 700 the venom is the 600 red head motor

What are you guys smoking? Completely different motor. A viper harness wont work. Find a red head harness/CDI and everything.
