who is ready

Just cleaned the back sled garage today. Getting ready to start a few fall projects. Reverse for both vipers if i can find, and some skid work. The itch is here!!!!!!!!!!!!! CCC

Not me. I got two chassis standing in the corner of the garage, a pile of parts in my shed, and my motor sitting up in my shop, fresh from a recent degreasing. Too many parts not enough time. Hoping to have a mostly roller within the week.

Its all I think about all day.It keeps my mind off the 300 degree asphalt I'm playing with at work. I still have a lot of work to do on my SRX, so the snow can hold off a little longer, but the heat can leave at anytime!

good to see Old Iron still kicking azz on the newer sleds.Love the video, well done to.Looks like I'll have to take a road trip to see you sometime.I will be rebuilding my SRX and would like to try her out on some of the newer sleds. ;)!

Well I made good progress last weekend, got steering, front skid brackets, sway bar deletes, front bumper supports, front bumper, motor mount reinforcing, jackshaft, tunnel extension, new heat tape, wiring harness, tank, oil tank, and coolant resivour in.... the new rear drop brackets are fabricated, just waiting to get rivet in..

I head to MI this weekend for the weekend, but then I have all next week to finish it.

Not even close to being ready, Apex is still sittin in the garage waiting for an oil and filter chage. Amsoil is on the way ;)! One Viper needs a trailing arm replaced. The other Viper needs heavier rivets in the clutch, heat reflective tape on it, maybe a regear, and carbides on the skis. One SX needs different skis put on and the other needs the carbs cleaned.

my girlfriend asked me today...how come all you do is work on your sleds when you come home from working out of town. I said "b/c it makes me happy" she said..."does that mean i dont make you happy anymore" I said " Nooo of course not!!! Just not as happy as working on my sleds!!! hahahaha. She didnt think it was funny. But you know what? When the snow flies and we're riding and not wrenching..she will understand.
