you'll just be runing on them chisels and not the track lug as it seems.Should of just gotten an asphalt track and place 300 chisels on it..lol
As long as the chisels don't come thru your seat and into you azz..you'll be fine Andy...

Here's a photo of the track I'm going to be putting on my SRX for Ice racing, are the studs out too much or will it be just right? I did measure the lug height and is .5 not .725 like earlier mentioned, I'm just concerned that these will hit my tunnel and heat exchangers front and back

I believe the studs should not be more the 3/8" past track lugs...otherwise bending will happen or tear outs.

for ice racing use chisels that protrude 1/2" above the tip of the track lug.
