Does anyone remember the dry weight?

the 700 was about 512.

Thanks, but I need the exact weight. I'm pretty sure the sx 700 was listed under 500 pounds.

According to the service manual I have, the SX600 and SX700 are listed at 486 lbs (220 kg)

my yamaha lit shows the 97 vmax 600sx at 483 lbs or 219.08kg, and the 700 at 489lbs, or 221.8kg. so basically adding 6 lbs for the extra cylinder and all that entails.
