I have a 700 red that I am gonna put back together. Looked at the tech page any one have any clearer porting info. I would like to do sum to jugs and base. Pics would be great.

I would for sure add srx/viper reed blocks-big time help.
add: that is the most "under tuned" yamaha engine ever, it has great potential, youll need to open up the triple exh ports to 3 times thier size, main exh depends on what pipe /pipes your running, and piston mod, light pins, tunnel port case top, add the srx/viper reed blocks and they will make your eyes bug wide open, they will really perform. You can do all that and still use the stock single pipe for guys who ride in areas where aftermarket pipes are a ticket, called the "super single engines"
. theres a few of them on this site. "blue racer" just had one done, you could ask him how it performs,then base your engine mods more or less from there. You wouldnt believe me if I told you how much clutch weight it will pull when modded.......... 
It will be kinda hard to get someone to give you all the specs because of what time,testing,tuning goes into getting to those specs, I am sure you understand.
