Anyways 2002 was the last year for the big 1000 t cats I might try to get my hands on one as it will be a sought after sled in the future just like our srx
Do it right with a set of jaws pipes and they are torque monsters!

well i have a 2001 srx 700 stock.! and my dad just got a 2002 thundercat 1000 stock. we raced over 20 times. same result ill get him at the first 50 feet then goodbye thundercat he blows by me everytime he beats me by about 4 sled lenghts and it gets worse the longer the race goes on these sleds have to much horse power the drive shaft in his twisted like a dam candycane it was rediculas.

There is no such thing as too much horsepower. My trail SRX makes more than a tcat. Then again, the 1000 is a great platform to work from.
