That looks almost like a twin to my 99, except yours is a little prettier to look at being all shinny and such for the pictures That and I have a 136 xtra-lite with the Holz kit in it with a 144 wrapped around it.

Now that would be an awesome ride!!!!!!!!!!
If not bolt in (I assume it wouldn't be), anyone in MN have the technical know how to do this?
Mike
141" M skid uses the stock front holes and you can run a 151-153" track.
153" M skid uses the stock front holes and you can run 162" track.
I have the 141 under my rx-1 for 153" and love it. Also did a 141 in a MM for 151..

So does the Cat M skid just bolt in and then you install the track then? Could it only be that easy?!?!?!?! Any other parts to the install I'm missing?
Is this for the recent years (last 4 years or so) skids from the M sleds?
This sounds simply too good to be true!
Thx!
Oh, has anybody seen one of the 141" Diamond drive skids around for sale at all?

I want a 'Cat M Series 153" Sno Pro with Floats. Then I'll replace the rails with 141" rails and It'll be a perfect 151" skid!!!!!!!
I already own a Fully clipped 151" Camo Challenger I want to use......

I am going to have to start looking for one of these skids! This sounds like a perfect fix. Thanks everyone for the info.

you guys shouldnt be dissilusioned as to the cat skid being the cure all for your woes. it does require some finesse for the install. the front arm is considerably narrower then your tunnel, the rear is wider. spacers must be added to the front and custom drop brackets are needed for the rear. its not just a bolt and go. then once the fitment is correct, next come the trials of dialing in the skid. having done this at least 3 times and coaching several others, in my opinion, its borderline effort vs results. granted, you will drop about 30 lbs off the rear(important for mountain riding), transfer will be a little better depending on snow conditions, but i wouldnt say ride quality is any better. this based on the pre-08's with the gas fox shocks, not the air ones. just sayin.

Good info Snowdad and thx!
I am still on the hunt for an '08 - '10 Cat 153" Snow Pro skid with the Floats (no torsion spring version) which was even like another 10+ pounds less yet. Supposed to tbe the best M skid ever made. My plan is to then put 141" rails on it and run a 151" track. Now this assumes I'll be able to find such a skid and make a deal on one, which has alluded me this week. But i have want adds on several other sites where M Cat owners are. Hopefully something turns up soon!
I do believe I'll have to do some powder coating to get rid of those orange W arms tho!
And Dirtjumper and RXMax, if/ whenever I can procure one of these I'm going to be calling on you guys for ur thoughts/ help!!!!!
Thx everyone
Mike
