What brand do you feel would be the best bang for my buck to get triple pipes on my viper?

Does putting triple pipes on require anything else? jetting, tuning, etc?

srx pipes with 01 cdi box, and a rear cooler will give you milage, reliability and power. not for the faint of heart with respect to building

For ease, SLP pipes... for mileage and sound regulations, SRX pipes... but it takes a bit of fabrication like BETHEVIPER hints at.
JDviper, what kind of riding are you doing with the viper?

personally, for what you're doing, i would run slps. the aaen pipes work fine too on a viper, but they aren't held in the sled as tight, and on really bumpy conditions, the pipes move a little, causing the seal between the manifold and the pipe, to leak/spit oil out and creating a mess. i haven't tried the benders, but have personally tried the slps and they rock. silencer and pipes do fit in the engine bay tight and are harder to install IMO than aaens, but the power difference and way better manifold joint seal of the slps, makes up for it. the slps use a nice graphite donut for exhaust seal.

i like the idea of benders being tuned for stock rpm powerband i hear they are the only ones like that. they realy woke up my buddys viper.

I like my Benders for my viper. 5 years with no issues and always have a smile on my face with I punch the go fast lever!

The use of the srx pipe conversion is very nice and quiet but if your not that handy into the fabrication needed, you might as well go with the slp pipes. The slp jetting chart is also pretty accurate.

so can you use benders with making no other changes?

I would also seriously consider adding heads with better cooling than the Viper head when adding triples.

Another thought is MrViper does some great port work, I know when I was looking for triple pipes he was making some good power while maintaining the stock single pipe, nice sleeper... they are starting to really crack down on the aftermarket exhausts around here.
