new here i am looking at 2000 srx with 3100 miles on it. he's asking $2000 it has a m10 suspen and the rest is all stock. ? good price or not. all so he's says he put the m10 on because he came down from a jump straight on the *** end. is there any other things i should look for or did the new m10 cover every thing? thanks
Personally i would stay away from it, but without seeing i couldnt tell ya. Look for stress marks in the paneling and cracks in the fiberglass. It should be an indicator of whether or not it was rolled. The m-10's a nice upgrade. Go look at it, and post pics. You will get alot more help on here if you do!!!

Why would you say stay away from it without even seeing it? I would love to get a 2000 srx in nice shape, Go look at it and post pics as stated.
Yamahachick....I would stay away from it b/c i bought a 01 srx with a slightly bent trailing arm. The guy told me that he hit a cement block in a ditch and that was the reason it was bent. Other than the trailing arm the sled was in near perfect condition with 3000 miles. After tearing into the sled and doing annual maintenance on it i found a whole bunch of problems and have determined that the sled was rolled and pieced back together. THAT is why i would stay away from it. If that guy landed hard enough on the rear end to break the suspension i would be leery of what else might of happened. Also, what does that tell you about how hard the guy rode it? Just my .02.
