I'm in the process of putting a 1.25" Ripsaw in my wife's '99 Phazer 500. I'm using a MM drive axle with 4-8 tooth drivers. (Thanks for your answers Ding) The track I'm using is pre drilled for 96 studs with double backers down the center. Am I going to have an issue with tunnel contact at the front? The sled has tunnel protectors at the top.
