its not like your helix is some rare expensive '78 ssr 440 part or something. it just happens to be a helix angle that a few of us guys wouldn't mind having in our "arsenal" for testing, or we know it'll work for our particular clutch recipe, that's all. if you think its some rare expensive part that i'm trying to rip off of you, then feel free to keep it, and i'll just simply order a new one or watching the classifieds/ebay etc.
Noted, sorry for the conflicting interests. Quote me a price you feel is fair..and i we will go from there.

i'd like to see pics of the "ramps" on the helix and have the condition of the bushing noted. then i'll make a "quote".

a 50/40 is a good helix, its actually one of my "go to helix's", when setting up a sled for someone. I usually start with it and get in the ballpark, then fine tune and sometimes it changes a couple degrees in the start or finish or both, all depends on what I am trying to achieve with the sled. It works good with differnt stock yamaha weights, works good with heel clickers so its got a wide application. It still comes down to the paticular machine your setting up,srx, viper, sxr, and the mods done. Also matters what your running in the front clutch. The front clutch is what determines how much rpm,and how aggressive the clutching is, the helix is really just for fine tuning the shift and how the shift is delivered to the jackshaft. Its only 1 part of the total clutch recipe.
You can buy a brand new one for right around a $100.

WE MADE SEVEN BACK TO BACK 9.98 PASSES THIS SUMMER ON MY NEIGHBOR,S 700 SX WITH 8CA WITH A 50-40 ON TAR. ALSO WORKS GREAT WITH 8BU-10,s FOR THE LONG HAUL. A GREAT ALL AROUND CAM. 3:16 (yammie tony)
No time for pics this morning, I would say ramps look to be worn a bit...bushing appears to be pretty good, rusted a bit.

I would be happy if a 50/40 would be a 50/40 no matter who cut it!! Much easyer..Turk said:50/40 is made by bender. it,s pretty aggressive.
So what would this bender 50/40 be in hauck angle? (Guessing around 54/44)
