Just purchaced a wildcat mountain cat 700 efi for a good price and the engine is already being ripped out so I can install it in my exciter, should be pretty damn sweet!!!!
Engine is same width, will be mounting it jugs straight up/down, making custom engine mounts as we go.. purchasing an aftermarket out of tank fuel pump so I can use my stock tank/seat, going to find a manifold/pipe setup that fits into the exciter chassis so its all stock looks outside, and BEAST ENGINE underneith. Looked around online and have gathered enough info to safely say the 700 efi engine has 125-135 hp stock, much better then the what like 82hp the 570(stock) has, my 570 prob has 90-100 hp(with mods).
Here is my current setup:
1992 Yamaha Exciter II 570cc
Flat black paint job w/guages re-located, no headlamp
Aftermarket handle bars/5" riser/pivot adapter
Custom 136" track extension
Custom tunnel extension/rear cooler re-locate
Custom skid drop plates
136x15x1.5" track w/8 tooth drivers
Wide plastic powder skis
DG Performance exhaust
Modified airbox
Oil injection removed, runs pre-mix
Tuned/adjusted clutches
Carburators regularly jetted for mods/altitude/temperature
Seat needs bit of work
Will be installing 7 tooth drivers and a 136x15x2" to support my 700cc's
Will post pictures regularly or make a link.
Feel free to fill me in with any info or ask questions if you'd like

You might be a little high in your horsepower ratings. A Wildcat 700 has about 115 to 120 hp.

You will be fine if you have extra crankshafts, pistons, cylinders and clutches.

Should be fun those old wildcat 700's were good runners!
