I am considering putting one BACK on my SRX to hopefully make it a little easier on gas, taking the richness out of it on the warm days, but the first one I had cost me a couple of rebuilds because I was an idiot and didn't go easy on the throttle after a brief shut down.Has anyone found a way around this little quirk of the tempa flow?Any other way to route the vent line or some such thing to avoid the dreaded lean situation upon start up from a short shut down?
I always had good plug color when I had the first one but honestly cant remember if the fuel mileage was any different,it's been a few years since I took it off and sold it and the theory behind this device is solid so there must be a way to make it work for dummies like me to avoid another meltdown.
