I am thinking about making the switch from Ams Interceptor to Citgo sea and snow. From what i have heard it is good oil, and very similar (if not the same) as yamalube. When the stuff is on sale i can get almost 3 gal of citgo for my one of AMS. Is anyone running this in their viper or SRX? I am curious how it is with the power valves. Thanks in advance.

i used citgo sea and snow in my srx last year...... put on about 800 miles and burnt through a little over 2 gallons. the oil is very inexpensive ($15 a gallon) compared to other 2 stroke oils. i didnt have any problems, and will be using it again this year.

if you plan on buying your oil at citgo you may as well get your fuel there too!!! thats the only place around that i can find high ocatane fuel WITHOUT ethanol

sounds good. I think i am going to try it. Even if i have to clean the valves more it will save me money!
