What is the difference between the 2000-2003 MM rear cooler and the 2003 Mtn Viper Rear cooler? They look real similar in the fiche drawing, but have different part #s and the mtn viper cooler is about $35 more.

i believe the mountain cooler is a smaller version. I could be wrong but i think thats the dif from what i remember.

That's kinda what I thought. I'm going take my old rear heat exchanger to a welder and have him flip the pipes around so I can install it into the top of the new tunnel extension. I was just looking at how they were done and was wondering what the difference was.
