Would anyone have any info on what type of tool to use and where to buy a tool to do this? The problem is that with conventional tools the track lug gets in the way and its not possible to squeeze the clip tightly.

I would pick up a copy of snow west or some other moutian mag, just a guess but I think it would be a good place to start looking for parts suppliers, or look at some of the track mfg's to start
track clip tools are very easy to find my any after market shop. Contact Rich Motorsports.
