carbon tech reeds/spacers

I plan on getting some carbon tech replacement reed pedals because my stock ones need to be replaced. I'm not sure what tension i am supposed to buy they have a low tension and a high tension. I will get a set of bender 1/4 inch reed spacers as well. What tension are you guys running?
