Has anyone ever had to replace the tors switch on the carb rack before?I have had the tors bypassed for years because it seemed to act up at the oddest time and I finally decided to ohm out the switch and lo and behold it is bad.I have never ever had the throttle stick on me but with my son getting old enough to ride my sled I figured I'd hook it back up for the added protection.Anyway I just wondered if this is a common thing or a freak one in a thousand occurrence?
It's very common. My TORS is bypassed and I see a lot of other sleds the same way. The last straw for me was when mine started acting up while I was crossing a busy highway.

ya it usually the carb switch,all the vibration i guess.the one on the handle bar don't usually give much trouble.
