haven't been on here in a while, here's an update, ordered some rings, top end gaskets and slapped the motor back into the sled. took a few pulls to fire but got going just fine, decided to rejet and head up a small pond, got the motor good and warm, made a few passes and let it cool, did this a couple times just to seat the rings then headed home, the 1.5 phazer track is amazing on water haha. i had a front end fabricated to narrow it up quite a bit, not too hard to ride on water.
took it to the lake and logged 27 miles total this summer. not bad for water haha
had to take all the rivets out of my weights to get it to pull close to correct r's, not where i want it but good enough for an afternoon of fun. with summer coming to a close i'm getting it ready again for snow, got around to stripping and painting my arms and radius rods. greased all the bearings in the sled, rebuilt the entire rear skid making sure all the water was out of it. gave her a good scrubbing, oh and tried out my new seat!
almost ready for some snow

Looking good, looks like you're almost done. Way further ahead than I am on my build. Seat looks great btw, I think it looks best on a viper.
