Set the idle down to 900 and the servo keeps moving back and forth wont stay put. Is the idle too low?

You need to lower the idle further. It is moving because you are right at the treshold of the servo motor being told to open the valves.

Do these cables stretch, at the end of adjustment and just getting it to touch the 2.5 spacer
If you have a stuck valve it can make the servo jitter,, pull and clean valves before adjusting...

Got everything adjusted up, cleaned everything, have a small hesitation just when i nail the throttle, get that figured out it will be ready to rock
turn the fuel screws out a little bit. best to set all 3 about 1.5-1.75 turns out from lightly seated. Will cure the low speed hesitation
