does anybody have a snowstuff can and doesnt have an exhaust leak where the pipe stars. everytime i start my snowmobile up i can see smoke come out of where the y-pipe goes into the pipe. anybody know how to fix this? thanks
 
I actually kinda trimmed mine at a slight angle from the edge to make it set in better. I also used a hair of red silicone on the inside of the silencer. Just grease the inside, dont use too much, or it kinda looks like poo...
 
I don't have one, but try this....Roll out some steel wool, work into the wool some exhaust sealant. Wrap around the leaking donut and hook her up. The wool acts as a binder. Try not to use 0000 but if that is all you got, it'll work. Thin out the sealant with thinner,naptha or what ever ya got before applying to the S/W. Just squeeze into a cup and add whatever thinner you have.
