Grip/thumb heather

Have some problems with the heaters on my viper. New oem softgrips. I had measure the thumb and grip lever and thumb warmer. I have power on the cabels, I have only measure the voltage unloaded so far. But the grips and thumbs does not get any heat. I can feel a little little without any gloves and warm weather but I know this grips should be very HOT. What can be wrong? CDI?

Check the resistance on the rheostat. Is in spec.

I had check the reostat and they are good what I can see.

Having the same problem with mine, I'll let you know what I find when I get it home. Sometimes they are hot like normal but other times they won't warm up at all.

Check the connections on the relays and at the cdi. These are located on the left side of the sled above the footwell.
