I got a 01 srx and i am wondering what to do on my sled to make it last. I clean the powervalves every 1000kms. Clean the carbs every begining of winter, grease every thing. What else can i do?

Check the bearing on the driveshaft behind the secondary clutch. They are kind of a pain to change out unless you are swapping tracks, but I'd hate to see one go when you are riding! Clean clutches on a regular basis to keep your performance up. Sounds like you have most of it covered!

Some people like to use some stable every season to keep the engine happier. If I were you, I would just do a full inspection after every year and the sled will last you a while

run a good synthetic engine oil as well, it really cuts down on wear and cylinder ovaling over time
