water temp sensor plug problem

Grrrrrr Hello and thanks for any help!! have a 1998 srx 700. I disconnected the plug the goes to the water temp sensor and of course the clip broke off!!! lol Can i buy another end for it? Or should i start looking for a complete harness on ebay and cut what i need off? Thanks for looking!!!!!!!!!!

i would connect the wires for now until i found a plug somewhere,,, you mean the pug on the harness side? thats no reason to change the whole harness... i would check the dealer you could probably buy the plug de-pin the old one and install the new one if not like i said find small connectors to hook the wires up to the sensor

I did the same thing a few years ago and have never had mine come off the sensor but for a quick fix or if you cant get another end use a zip tie to hold it on.
