HELP!! Trying to get skis off

I am trying to take off the skis on my 96 vmax. I feel like I am the butt of a joke right now though as I can't get the bolt to come out on either ski (yes I took off the nut). Is there some trick to this or something else that I need to do in order to get the skis off so I can install the sweet set of viper skis that I got from SNOWMOYARD.COM THANKS DALE!

any help would be much appreciated,

pb blast, heat, and a press will reduce your stress level. i opt for the following method on the pogo sleds for this situation. remove the entire ski and "shoe" from the strut. this can create additional problems as the scissor will need to be removed at any junction point and chances are similar issues with the ski bolt will arise. once off, take it to the press. a sacrificial bolt or punch will be needed. when done, you will need new bolts.
 
u need a cutting wheel to cut the bolts off & pound the old stud out.it's rusted in there realy good.cut on the inside of the ski lip on the bolts.you WILL GET IT ;)! ;)! .
 
no press at hand so would pb blaster, heat, and a hammer be my next best try? And I do have new bolts with the new skis so if these get messed up i am ok.
 
so if you cant pound the bolt off now, once you have taken the cutoff wheel to the bolt, what have you gained? you have lost the extra inch of threaded bolt that you could beat on and made it flush with the shoe? hold up on the cut, wait for the press.
 
got one ski off. now can't get the sleeve out. one pushed into the other but that one doesn't want to budge. also a little unsure how these new skis are going to fit. The holes don't seem to be high enough on them to line up, but tomorrow I will get more heat on it and see where I can get. Looks like riding may need to hold off another day for me.
 
and thank you for the visual and advice guys. Looks like Ref# 52 is what is now giving me trouble. However I think with some heat on it i should be able to get them out.
 
When the ski bolts were stuck in the struts I put on my XLV, I found a nut that fit the bolt and twisted it on so the bolt was only half way in. Then I used an air hammer with a pointed bit and drove the bolts to the shoulder of the nut. After I got them that far, I took a bit used for splitting spot welded seams (Like a flat blade chisel with a v cut in the end) and hammered them out by the shoulder on the bolt head. Slid out like a stick of butter in a frying pan. I didnt even bother with the bushings as there was no way of getting them out with destrying them and I didnt feel like struggling with it for hours.
 
52 is a bi-metal bushing and is usually lightly pressed into 49,50. The collar (11) goes through these and they act as a typical sleeve bearing, and yes, they do wear out. I can't recall if 10 goes over the collar or between the collar and ski though. I suspect it goes over collar and is just a spacer.
