Myself and another owner of the same sled are having the same problem with electrical, and cannot figure it out. Seeing if anyone else has had this problem, or knows how to correct.
Headlight will just go out on low beam, but it also takes out the tack. If I switch to high beam, headlight now works and tack goes back to normal. Switch back to low beam, it may work for a little while, but then everything will flip out again, and I lose my low beam, switch back to high beam and everything goes back to normal again. If anyone can help out there, it would be greatly appreciated!

Check wiring harness for a rub through. Check under motor, under seat, and various other places. That's probably your problem.

sounds like the famous wire rub through under the motor...... do a search there are 5 million post about it..lol Disconnect some connectors so you can pull the main harness out from under the motor and retape.....even if it does not look to be worn through on the outside you still need to untape and start looking for a chafed wire, tape them individually and retape the whole thing again...........
