Mountain cables vs regular ones.....throttle and oil

How much longer are the mountain max or mountain viper throttle and oil pump cables than say the stock ones from an 01 SRX?I changed my stock cables a few years ago on my 98 to the 01's for some more length to use with my rox riser but to I'm finding airbox removal still tight with these cables.Is going to these mountain style cables going to give me that much more length to work with?

I don't remember the exact difference in length between the Mt. Viper throttle/oil cable and the stock cables on my '02 SRX, but I can tell you that the new cable set up works great if you're going to raise your bars.

I installed some Apex bars that are taller than the stock bars along with a Rox 4-6" height adjustable riser on my SRX a couple of years ago. Going that high I had to use longer cables, no question.

The Mt. Viper cable works with room to spare. I also used a longer braided brake cable and a parking brake cable from the Mt. Viper so I could keep using the parking brake.
