Hello, My sled was parked underneath a pine tree this last summer, I could not get it to start. I drained the gas put new plugs in it. Pulled the carbs out. I cleaned the Main Jets and the Pilot jets. All three Pilot jets were plugged. Sprayed the carbs. But the carbs back in and Now it will run great after engagement put won't hold idle at all. Anything under engagement it will start bogging and sometimes backfire. Just looking for some clues. Thank you. Happy Sleding

Where are your air screws set at? Also do you mess with the tor switch? Are your carbon boots on right and tight?

Ok just pulled the carbs again, didn't clean them yet. I do remember seeing exhaust trying to excape right after the manifold and were it connects to the can. I didn't check the air screws I will this time. I did disconnect the tors and It didn't do anything. Good idea about the rodents nest.
