bender helix ,orange primary spring? help?

hey guys, i have a stock 99 srx 144 studs, out of the box it over revs, i have a chance to get a bender helix, orange primary, shims, kit says it was made for 1998-99, my friend bought it for his 01 and found out after, its not the best for his sled, i can get it for almost nothing, he also said i could have his 01 weights, would it be worth trying this setup? i heard bender makes good stuff, any suggestions? thanks

They threw a big helix at the secondary to bring down the wicked overrev these sleds had stock. I would add heavier rivets to bring down your rpm,s rather then mess with parts you have no idea what they are. bender made about 20 different helix,s. Can you tune your clutches cus your gonna have to.....a lot.
