I have an older Phazer(84-85 model) that I use primarily just to haul the kids around on private property...

It ran "ok" last year, but seemed to have an issue with bogging down when you'd hit the throttle...worked ok for what i used it for.

This year, it has the same exact issue. I have cleaned the carbs, but it was a quick job and I didn't have much carb cleaner left, I suppose it could still be a carb issue.

The sled idles great, will sit there all day without a burp. When you first punch the throttle, it bogs down, then catches and it runs great. The thing I noticed that makes me think maybe "fuel pump" is that it REALLY does it going uphill. It's actually stalled while going up a ditch. If i'm quick enough with the choke, it'll catch and keep going.

Also, if I "feather" the throttle going uphill, it'll make it without stalling.

Any recommendations???
