So my Power Inc can arrived in the mail today. But there is one problem, it doesn't fit. Has anybody else had any issues similar to this with power inc stuff??? Did they make two silencers??? Maybe one for their pipes and one for the stockers???
How much off is it. I had one and had to adjust the end of my pipes to make them fit. My pipes stock were a bit short by about 1/2".
This one is about 2" off. It's pretty bad. I would have to heat it and bend it. 10 miles off of where it should be. The two pipes on the top slip in but the bottom one is the one giving me issues.
So do you have stock pipes or Power Inc pipes?

i had a power inc can on my srx for a while and it fit with no problems.

I have one also and mine fits pretty darn good. I can try to post a pick in the next couple days as I am getting my sleds out of storage!

i think 2000-up does hook up the same way ....well i know they don't have the same connector at the end of the pipe
my stock can is going back on, I have the Hauck Growlers on and the sleds that I was beating last year are now getting by me in 660 ft I know they sound great and all but this is just for riding now and music too my ears once and awhile

Mine wasn't off that much but did give me some trouble. Try connecting the pipes to the can first, then move the can into place and bolt down. Also, because this can does not support the bottom pipe like the stock one that may be restricting the pipe from reaching the can. The stock can has a support with rubber near the front edge.
I believe the issue is that this can is designed for the 98 sleds and my sled is an 01. Didn't the exhaust change at some point?

98 srx was a little different than other years. I know with the 98 stock pipes you have to use a 98 stock can. Other years don't quite fit right.
