I recently purchased a 2001 SXR 700. So far I have put in new plugs, premium gas and I have cleaned the carbs. The sled will run great and take off with no problem and plenty of power. My only problem is when i let off the throttle the engine will go down to 3 grand and then cut out. It sounds like it is hitting a rev limit and will do this for about 10 to 15 seconds unless I hit the choke real quick and then it will go down and idle fine. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Thanks lileasye!!!! Just bypassed it and it runs great! Just need to diagnose the TORS problem now I dont think i want to keep it just bypassed for to long.
